Hide 'Help' on the left of the breadcrumbs

Edit the file index.php
Change the variable $linkhelp to anything other than "yes".
This does not affect the '?' help alongside Play.
Help can still be accessed by either
1. pointing your browser directly at the -pix- folder.
[uri to your collection]/-pix-
2. opening -Pix-/help in the filer and reading the individual help files
