Bell
An alternative to the RISC OS 'bell' or ctrl‑G

I became tired of the loud and intrusive (or inaudible) standard Acorn ‘Beep’ on RISC OS 3.n, so created ‘Bell’ instead.
An attempt at a much gentler nudge by those programs which insist on using BELL (VDU7). (It isn’t the sound of a bell but calling it that saves me confusion!)
